This Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap is one of my go-to recipes, especially when I want something fresh, light, and satisfying. My family loves it, and it brings back memories of our summer picnics by the lake. The combination of creamy avocado and tender chicken wrapped up in a soft tortilla is simply unbeatable! Ingredients:
🍗 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
🥑 2 ripe avocados, diced
🍅 1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
🧅 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
🌿 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
🍋 Juice of 1 lime
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌯 4 large flour tortillas
🥬 Lettuce leaves
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface and place a few lettuce leaves on each.
Spoon the chicken and avocado mixture onto the tortillas, spreading it evenly.
Roll up the tortillas tightly to create wraps. Slice in half if desired.
