• 1/2 head Cabbage, purple
• 1 bunch Cilantro
• 1 tsp Ginger
• 1 squeeze Lime
• 1/4 cup Peanuts, roasted
• 1/8 cup Red onion
• 4 Scallions
• 1 handful Sunflower sprouts
Refrigerated
• 12 oz Tofu, baked or seared
Condiments
• 1 tbsp Honey
Pasta & Grains
• 2 oz Vermicelli rice noodles
Baking & Spices
• 3/4 tsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 3 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp Sesame oil, toasted
Other
• 2 teaspoons soy sauce or GF Liquid Amino Acids
