The ultimate party sliders—juicy, cheesy, and totally addictive!
1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
6 slider buns or mini brioche buns
6 slices cheddar cheese (or your fave melt)
1 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
Optional: pickles, ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Shape into small slider-sized patties. This mix gives you maximum burger flavor with perfect juicy bites.
Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side. These mini burgers bring big flavor in small packages and make for a grill-out crowd favorite.
Once the patties are almost done, top with cheese and cover the pan for 1 minute to melt. You’ll get that gooey cheesy melt and classic diner-style finish.
Lightly butter the inside of your slider buns and toast until golden. It’s the perfect crispy-soft contrast that elevates the whole bite.
Stack patties on buns and add optional toppings. Serve hot as a game-day snack, easy dinner idea, or fun family night hit!
