Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the ultimate crowd-pleaser—think of them as a cross between a juicy slider and a savory garlic knot. They work perfectly as a game-day snack or a fun weeknight dinner.

The Essentials

Yield: 8–10 bombs

Prep time: 15 mins

Cook time: 15–20 mins

Ingredients

The Filling:

Ground Beef: 1 lb (lean is better to prevent sogginess)

Onion: ½ small onion, finely diced

Cheese: Cubed cheddar or mozzarella (about 1 inch cubes)

Seasoning: Salt, pepper, and 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

The Dough & Topping:

Dough: 1 tube refrigerated biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands) or pizza dough

Butter: 4 tbsp, melted

Garlic: 3 cloves, minced

Parmesan: ¼ cup grated

Parsley: 1 tbsp fresh, chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions

Prep the Meat: Brown the ground beef and diced onions in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain the excess grease thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Let it cool slightly.

Flatten the Dough: If using biscuits, peel them apart and press each one into a flat circle (about 4–5 inches wide).

Assemble the Bombs: Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of the dough circle, followed by a cube of cheese.

Seal it Up: Pinch the edges of the dough together tightly to form a ball. Make sure there are no gaps, or the cheese will leak! Place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish or on a parchment-lined sheet.

The Garlic Wash: Mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan, and parsley. Brush half of this mixture generously over the tops of the dough balls.

Bake: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

Final Touch: Brush the remaining garlic butter over the bombs as soon as they come out of the oven.

Pro-Tips for Success

Prevent Sogginess: Ensure your beef is very well-drained. If it's too oily, the bottom of the dough won't crisp up.

Dipping Sauce: Serve these with a side of warm marinara, ranch dressing, or a spicy burger sauce (mayo, mustard, ketchup, and relish).

Vegetarian Option: Swap the beef for sautΓ©ed mushrooms or a plant-based crumble.
