These baked potstickers come out perfectly crisp on the edges, tender inside, and loaded with a savory filling. Dunk them into a rich, creamy Thai curry dipping sauce and you’ve got the ultimate appetizer or snack that tastes straight from a trendy fusion restaurant.

📋 Ingredients:

For the Potstickers:

• 1 lb ground chicken or pork

• 1 cup finely shredded cabbage

• 2 green onions, sliced

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp grated ginger

• 2 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tbsp sesame oil

• 1 tsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha

• ½ tsp black pepper

• 1 package potsticker/gyoza wrappers

• Olive oil or cooking spray

For the Creamy Thai Curry Dip:

• ½ cup coconut milk (full-fat is best)

• 1 tbsp red curry paste (or green curry paste for a brighter flavor)

• 1 tbsp lime juice

• 1 tsp soy sauce

• 1 tsp honey

• 1 tbsp mayo (for extra creaminess)

• Optional: chopped cilantro

🥣 Directions:

Make the Filling:

In a bowl, mix ground meat, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, and black pepper until well combined.

Assemble the Potstickers:

Place 1–2 teaspoons of filling in the center of each wrapper.

Dip your finger in water and wet the edges.

Fold and press the edges to seal tightly (pleat if you want them pretty).

Bake to Golden Crispiness:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Arrange potstickers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.

Bake 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

In a small saucepan, whisk coconut milk, curry paste, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, and mayo.
