For the Chicken:
4 chicken drumsticks
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Potatoes:
2 medium potatoes, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
For the Slaw:
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp mayonnaise or olive oil
1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Season the Chicken:
Toss drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Roast:
Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 40–45 minutes, flipping once, until deeply golden and cooked through.

Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast alongside chicken for 30–35 minutes until crisp.
Mix the Slaw:
Combine cabbage, carrots, mayo (or oil), vinegar, salt, and pepper. Chill briefly for extra crunch.
