🛒 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
For the Chicken:
2 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Potatoes:
2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried thyme or mixed herbs
Salt & black pepper
For the Cabbage:
2 cups chopped green cabbage
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
🔥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Season the Chicken:
Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Roast:
Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 40–45 minutes until skin is golden and chicken is cooked through.
Crispy Potatoes:
Toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper. Roast alongside chicken for 30–35 minutes, flipping once.
Sauté the Cabbage:
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add cabbage, bell pepper, and carrot. Sauté 6–8 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp. Season lightly.
Plate & Serve:
Add chicken, potatoes, and sautéed cabbage to a bowl or plate. Serve hot and enjoy the comfort.
