Ingredients:
1 package (16 oz) frozen dumplings (vegetable or meat)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut milk (or water for a lighter sauce)
Chopped green onions and crushed peanuts for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dumplings: Arrange the frozen dumplings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Brush them lightly with olive oil to help them crisp up while baking.
Bake the Dumplings: Bake the dumplings in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
Make the Peanut Sauce: While the dumplings are baking, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, peanut butter, and coconut milk in a small bowl until smooth and well combined.
Serve: Once the dumplings are done baking, remove them from the oven and serve them warm with the peanut sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping. Garnish with chopped green onions and crushed peanuts if desired.
