1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
2 cups mixed salad greens (lettuce blend)
½ ripe avocado
½ cucumber, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: lemon juice or light vinaigrette

1. Grill the Chicken:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil.
Grill or pan-sear 5–6 minutes per side until golden with grill marks.
