This bowl is light, nourishing, and perfect when you want something warm, clean, and easy. Tender steamed broccoli and cauliflower with sweet carrots, lightly seasoned with black pepper—simple ingredients doing their thing. Great as a light meal, side dish, or reset bowl.

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup cauliflower florets

½ cup sliced carrots

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Optional: olive oil drizzle or lemon juice

Bring a pot with a steamer basket to a gentle boil.

Add broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots to the steamer.

Steam for 5–7 minutes until tender but still vibrant.
