Tips for making TERIYAKI PORK SLOPPY JOES
It is important not to overcook the sauce, otherwise too much water will be cooked and your pans will not be dirty enough. Stop when you see the sauce begin to condense. It will hold on slightly more when it cools down.
You can make this recipe with chicken or minced meat, both meats go well with teriyaki sauce.
Butter and toast the brioche cakes so that they can withstand the moisture in the sauce without crumbling.
