These bite-sized cheeseburger bombs are stuffed with melty cheese, wrapped in soft dough, and brushed with buttery garlic Parmesan goodness. Crispy outside, juicy inside — they disappear FAST.
📋 ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough, cut into pieces)
for the garlic parmesan topping:
• 4 tbsp butter, melted
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
🥣 directions:
prep the filling
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until just combined.
assemble the bombs
Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a circle.
Add a spoonful of seasoned beef and a cube of cheese to the center.
Carefully wrap dough around filling and pinch seams tightly to seal.
Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
make garlic butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
bake
Brush bombs generously with garlic Parmesan butter.
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
finish & serve
Brush with extra garlic butter right out of the oven.
Serve hot with ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce for dipping.
