Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
3 tablespoons butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and golden.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally to combine and allow the sauce to thicken slightly.
Add the Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until it melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy Parmesan sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
