Ingredients:
2 naan or flatbreads
4 oz brie cheese, sliced
¼ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
2 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: balsamic glaze drizzle for finishing
Directions:
Preheat the oven:
Heat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare the base:
Brush each naan or flatbread lightly with olive oil, then sprinkle with a touch of sea salt and rosemary.
Add toppings:
Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over each flatbread. Arrange brie slices evenly across the top.
Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden.
Add the crunch:
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Finish & serve:
Drizzle with honey (and balsamic glaze, if desired). Slice and serve warm for the perfect sweet-salty bite.
