Ingredients:

๐Ÿฅ— Mixed greens

๐ŸŸ Smoked salmon slices

๐Ÿฅš Boiled eggs (halved)

๐ŸŒฟ Chopped chives

๐Ÿ‹ Lemon wedge

๐Ÿฅ› Creamy herb dressing

Steps:

1. Lay a bed of mixed greens in your bowl.

2. Add slices of smoked salmon and halved boiled eggs.

3. Drizzle with herb dressing and sprinkle chives.

4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice for a citrusy kick.
