 Section 1: Avocado & Chicken Salad


Ingredients:  

Cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded)

Avocado slices

Diced carrots

Mango chunks

Hard-boiled eggs

Mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, etc.)

Dressing: Lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.


 Section 2: Sweet Potato & Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

Roasted sweet potato cubes (seasoned with paprika and olive oil)

Red cabbage (shredded)

Avocado slices

Hard-boiled eggs

Mixed greens

Dressing: Balsamic vinegar, honey, and olive oil.

 Section 3: Salmon & Avocado Salad


Ingredients:

Grilled or smoked salmon (sliced)

Yellow bell pepper (diced)

Avocado slices

Hard-boiled eggs

Mixed greens

Sliced cucumber

Dressing: Soy sauce, sesame oil, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

 Section 4: Mixed Greens & Protein Salad


Ingredients:

Hard-boiled eggs

Grilled chicken or fish

Avocado slices

Mango chunks

Cucumber slices

Mixed greens

Dressing: Yogurt-based dressing with garlic, lemon juice, and herbs.
