π₯¬ 3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
π 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
π₯ 1 ripe avocado (diced)
π₯ 2–3 boiled eggs (halved or quartered)
π₯ 1 cup croutons
π§ Salt & pepper to taste
π« 2 tbsp olive oil
π 1 tbsp lemon juice (or light dressing of choice)

1️⃣ Prep veggies – Wash and chop lettuce π₯¬, halve cherry tomatoes π , dice avocado π₯.
2️⃣ Boil eggs – Cook eggs to medium or hard-boiled π₯, then slice.
3️⃣ Assemble salad – In a bowl, layer lettuce π₯¬, tomatoes π , avocado π₯, and croutons π₯.
4️⃣ Top it off – Add eggs π₯, drizzle with olive oil π« + lemon juice π, season with salt & pepper π§.
