Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat preferred)
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small loaf pan or use a silicone baking mold for easier removal.
Mix Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, and baking powder.
Whisk until smooth and fully incorporated.
Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Cool & Serve:
Let the bread cool completely in the pan before slicing.
Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container."
