Ingredients:
2 soft-boiled eggs (halved or quartered)
2 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
½ cup cucumber slices
¼ cup sweet corn kernels
1 tsp sesame seeds
Dressing: olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Instructions:
1. Arrange lettuce, cucumber, and corn in a bowl.
2. Add the soft-boiled eggs on top.
3. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
4. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
5. Serve fresh and enjoy!
