Mediterranean Burrata and Olive Board



Ingredients:

2 fresh burrata balls (about 8 oz total)

1 cup mixed olives (green, Kalamata, and black)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes

1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Warm pita bread or crusty baguette, for serving

Directions:

Prepare the board: Place burrata balls in the center of a serving board.

Arrange accompaniments: Surround the burrata with mixed olives, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts.

Dress & garnish: Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the burrata. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

Serve: Pair with warm pita bread or slices of crusty baguette.
