Ingredients:

🥬 Fresh lettuce

🥑 Avocado in cubes

🥕 Grated Carrot

🥚 Boiled egg (sliced or chopped)

🥒 Sliced Cucumber

🍅 Tomato (optional)

ada Purple onion (in julianas or cubes)

er Olive oil (optional, for healthy dressing)

🍋 Lemon juice to taste

✨ Suggestion:

Add a pinch of salt and mix just before serving to keep it cool. Perfect to accompany any meal or as a light dinner!
