classic Greek salad, recipe: cb


Ingredients:

•⁠ ⁠4-6 cups mixed greens (tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, bell peppers)
•⁠ ⁠1 block feta cheese, crumbled
•⁠ ⁠1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
•⁠ ⁠1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
•⁠ ⁠1 large cucumber, sliced
•⁠ ⁠1 large red bell pepper, sliced
•⁠ ⁠1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
•⁠ ⁠1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
•⁠ ⁠2 tbsp red wine vinegar
•⁠ ⁠1 tsp dried oregano
•⁠ ⁠Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1.⁠ ⁠In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, feta cheese, olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
2.⁠ ⁠In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano.
3.⁠ ⁠Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4.⁠ ⁠Season with salt and pepper to taste.
