Pic 1: Chili Chive Potato Salad
Ingredients:
3 large potatoes (boiled & diced)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp chopped chives
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix potatoes, onion, mayonnaise, chili flakes, chives, salt, and pepper.
2. Stir until well combined.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Pic 2: Bean salad
Ingredients:
410g chickpeas (drained)
410g red kidney beans (drained)
410g butter beans
410g baked beans
Robbot peppers half of each
½ cup chopped baby marrows
½ cup sliced carrots
1 medium onion
Fresh green beans (blanched)
1 tbsp spices of your choice
1 tsp garlic minced
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup chutney or sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry onion, garlic until soft...Add carrots, peppers, spices, green beans, baby marrows stirring occasionally, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes then add red kidney beans, butter beans, chick peas, baked beans, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes
Remove from heat and add sweet chilli sauce or chutney with tomato sauce

Ingredients
½ onion chopped
1 cup red, green, yellow pepper chopped
1 bunch spinach
500g chicken livers
1 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp seven colours grill seasoning
1 tbsp mixed herbs
Oil
Salt and pepper

Fry onions, peppers,mushrooms until soft then add chopped spinach, season with spice and cook for 5 minutes/to your satisfaction.. Set aside
Season chicken livers with spice, salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes….do not overcook
Allow it to cool then mix everything together and add dressing.
For dressing,in a small bowl mix together mustard,honey, mayonnaise, plain yoghurt, season with salt and pepper

Cucumber and Vegetable Atchar Salad
Ingredients:
6 Tbsp Vegetable atchar
2 cups chopped Cucumber
¼ cup chopped Gherkins
½ cup Baked beans
¼ Red pepper
¼ Yellow pepper
1 cup Sweet chilli sauce
1 Tbsp chopped Parsley
1 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning

1. Put the atchar, cucumber, gherkins, baked beans, red and yellow peppers in a large bowl.
2. Pour sweet chilli sauce over. Add parsley. Season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning.
3. Mix together. Refrigerate for an hour or until ready to serve.
