Grilled BBQ chicken breast, sliced
2 boiled eggs, halved
Cherry tomatoes
Sliced avocado
Crispy bacon
Mixed greens or romaine
Feta or goat cheese (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Grill chicken with BBQ sauce until fully cooked; slice.
2. Arrange lettuce on a plate, then top with eggs, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, and cheese.
3. Add sliced BBQ chicken.
4. Season lightly and drizzle with dressing if desired.
