A fruity, tropical twist on the classic Piña Colada—infused with raspberry, coconut, and rum!
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup coconut cream (not coconut milk!)
½ cup white rum (adjust to taste)
1 cup crushed ice
1 tbsp simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
Instructions:
Blend It Up
Add all the ingredients to a blender, starting with the liquids.
Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is thick, creamy, and well combined.
Taste & Adjust
Taste your cocktail—add a touch more simple syrup if you want it sweeter, or more ice for a frostier texture.
Serve & Garnish
