Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup cooked, chopped broccoli
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup rolled oats or oat flour
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion (optional)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt, pepper & spices (oregano, cumin, etc.)
- Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Form into small patties.
3. Cook in a pan with olive oil over medium heat until golden (3-4 mins per side).
