White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge


Ingredients:

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup caramel sauce

1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions:

Melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, and mix well.

Pour half the mixture into a lined baking pan and spread evenly.

Drizzle half of the caramel sauce and sprinkle with half of the pecans.

Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the top, followed by the rest of the caramel and pecans.

Swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm. Cut into squares to serve.

Notes:

For extra flavor, toast the pecans before adding them.
