Ingredients:
Dough:
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
Filling:
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup diced strawberries
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/4 cup strawberry jam
Instructions:
Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread cream cheese evenly over the surface.
Sprinkle with sugar, diced strawberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Roll up tightly, slice into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, until golden.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and jam for the glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
Notes:
Substitute strawberries with other berries for different flavors.
Adjust the glaze consistency by adding more milk or powdered sugar.
