Ingredients:
500g beef tenderloin
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 baguette (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1 cup Béarnaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper, then brush with olive oil.
Grill the beef for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
Brush the baguette slices with melted butter and toast on the grill until golden.
Spread a spoonful of Béarnaise sauce on each toasted crostini.
Top with a slice of grilled beef and garnish with parsley.
Notes:
Substitute beef with grilled chicken slices for a lighter option.
Use freshly made Béarnaise sauce for a richer flavor.
