Surf & Turf Delight


Ingredients:

๐Ÿฅฉ 4-6 small filet mignon medallions

๐Ÿค 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

๐Ÿงˆ 2 tbsp butter

๐Ÿง„ 3 cloves garlic, minced

๐ŸŒฟ Fresh parsley, chopped

๐Ÿง‚ Salt and pepper to taste

๐Ÿ‹ Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

1. ๐Ÿฅฉ Season Steaks: Season the filet medallions with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Sear the Steaks: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add the steaks and cook 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

3. ๐Ÿค Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add another tbsp of butter and garlic. Sautรฉ the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.

4. ๐ŸŒฟ Garnish and Serve: Place the steaks and shrimp on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
