Ingredients:
๐ฅฉ 4-6 small filet mignon medallions
๐ค 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
๐ง 2 tbsp butter
๐ง 3 cloves garlic, minced
๐ฟ Fresh parsley, chopped
๐ง Salt and pepper to taste
๐ Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
1. ๐ฅฉ Season Steaks: Season the filet medallions with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. ๐ฅ Sear the Steaks: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add the steaks and cook 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
3. ๐ค Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add another tbsp of butter and garlic. Sautรฉ the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. ๐ฟ Garnish and Serve: Place the steaks and shrimp on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
