Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat (or beef tips)
1 packet onion soup mix
2 cups beef broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz egg noodles
2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Place beef tips in the crockpot. Add onion soup mix, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix 2 tbsp cornstarch with ¼ cup water and stir into the crockpot. Let cook for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve the beef tips over the egg noodles, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes:
For extra richness, you can add a splash of heavy cream towards the end of cooking.
