An Easy Way To Make Grilled Corn On The Cob
Fresh off the grill, summertime sweet corn needs nothing—it’s a pure pleasure. Making a few specialty toppings (although plain butter is great) is a really fun way to serve grilled corn at a big barbecue and make it a really tasty side dish. Especially delicious on the side of Grilled Skirt Steak with Blistered Tomatoes and Burrata with a Fresh Berry Cobbler, to finish off the meal.

• 4 slices Bacon, cooked

• 1 tbsp Chives, fresh
• 8 Chives, fresh
• 4 tbsp Cilantro
• 8 ears Corn
• 2 tbsp Jalapeno
• 1 tsp Lemon, zest
• 1 Lime

• 2 Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
• 2 tbsp Maple syrup
• 1 cup Mayonnaise

• 4 tsp Chili powder
• 1 Pinch Sea salt
• 1 tsp Sea salt
Dairy
• 8 tbsp Blue cheese
• 8 tbsp Butter, salted
• 4 tbsp Butter
• 6 tbsp Cotija cheese
• 6 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Beer, Wine & Liquor
• 1 tsp Bourbon
