1 tsp butter or olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
1 medium orange, sliced into half moons

1. Scramble the Eggs:
Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk or cream if using, and beat until well combined.
In a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter or heat oil.
