For the Veggie & Egg Plate:

2 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced

2 large carrots, sliced and steamed

1 cup broccoli florets, steamed

2 hard-boiled eggs, halved

2 slices fresh or canned pineapple

For the Seasoning:

1 tsp olive oil (optional drizzle)

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried parsley

Pinch of chili flakes
