Rich, velvety Alfredo sauce tossed with tender chunks of lobster over warm pasta—fancy restaurant vibes made easy right at home! Perfect for date night, celebrations, or when you just want to treat yourself to something luxurious and comforting.

• 12 oz fettuccine or linguine
• 1–1.5 cups cooked lobster meat (claw, tail, or both), chopped
• 3 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup whole milk (optional for thinning)
• 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
• 1/2 tsp Old Bay or seafood seasoning
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Fresh parsley for garnish
• Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and simmer 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan, Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Add a splash of pasta water if needed for smooth sauce.

Fold lobster meat into the sauce and warm gently—don’t overcook. Stir in lemon juice to brighten.

Add pasta to the skillet and toss until coated and glossy. Thin with milk or pasta water if needed.
