• 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 20–25 slices pepperoni
• 1/2 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
Cut into rectangles or squares (about 3x4 inches).
Place a slice or two of pepperoni on each piece, sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan, and season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Roll up the dough and pinch edges to seal.
