This Layered Reuben Casserole takes the beloved Reuben sandwich and turns it into a warm, cheesy, baked comfort meal. Corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, melty Swiss cheese, and a creamy Thousand Island-style sauce make every bite a flavor explosion 😍

• 1 lb corned beef, chopped or sliced thin

• 2 cups sauerkraut, drained

• 1 cup Thousand Island dressing (or Russian dressing)

• 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

• 6–8 slices rye bread, cut into cubes

• 2 tbsp butter, melted

• Optional: 1 tsp caraway seeds for extra classic flavor

Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

Layer 1: Spread half of the bread cubes evenly in the bottom of the dish.

Layer 5: Half of the dressing.
