For the Avocado Toast & Egg:
1 slice sourdough or rustic bread, toasted
½ ripe avocado
Salt & black pepper
Red pepper flakes or chili crunch
1 egg
1 tsp olive oil or butter
For the Fruit & Sides:
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup cherries, halved
½ golden kiwi, sliced
¼ cup sauerkraut (or pickled cabbage)
