2–3 eggs
Water (for boiling)
Pinch of salt
Black pepper (to finish)

1 cup chopped green beans
Salt
Optional: drizzle of olive oil or butter

1–2 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
Salt

1. Soft-Boil the Eggs
Bring water to a gentle boil.
Add eggs and cook 7 minutes for jammy yolks.
Transfer to cold water, peel, and slice in half.
Season with salt & black pepper.
2. Cook the Green Beans
Steam beans for 4–5 minutes until bright green and tender.
Season with salt and optional olive oil.
3. Cook the Carrots
Steam carrot sticks for 6–8 minutes until soft.
Add a small pinch of salt.
4. Assemble the Plate
Place the eggs, green beans, and carrots on a plate. Keep it simple or drizzle with oil for extra richness.
