Creamy Cajun Beef Spaghetti with Triple Cheese Parmesan Sauce


Ingredients:

For the Cajun Beef:

1½ lbs ground beef

1–1½ tsp Cajun seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Spaghetti & Cheese Sauce:

12 oz spaghetti

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

2 oz cream cheese, softened

¾ cup shredded cheddar

½ cup grated Parmesan

½ cup shredded mozzarella

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

½ cup reserved pasta water (to adjust sauce consistency)

Optional Garnish:

Fresh parsley

Extra Parmesan

A light sprinkle of Cajun seasoning

Instructions:

Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti

Bring salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Cajun Beef

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef.

Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.

Step 3: Make the Triple Cheese Sauce

In the same skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.

Whisk in cream cheese until smooth.

Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan, stirring until velvety and creamy.

Add red pepper flakes if you like extra heat.

Step 4: Combine Pasta & Sauce

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat.

Fold in the Cajun beef. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if necessary.

Step 5: Serve & Garnish

Plate creamy spaghetti with Cajun beef. Garnish with parsley, extra Parmesan, and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning.
