Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1 lb potstickers
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 baby bok choy, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautΓ© until fragrant.
2. Pour in broth and bring to a simmer. Add potstickers, mushrooms, and bok choy.
3. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until potstickers are cooked.
4. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions....
