πŸ“ Ingredients:
✅ For the Omelette:
2 large eggs πŸ₯š
2 tbsp milk (optional for fluffiness) πŸ₯›
1 tbsp butter or olive oil 🧈
Salt & pepper to taste πŸ§‚
1 tbsp chopped herbs (parsley, chives, or cilantro) 🌿
2 tbsp cheese (optional) πŸ§€
2 tbsp diced onions or bell peppers (optional) πŸ«‘
✅ For the Salad:
1 cup lettuce, chopped πŸ₯¬
1/2 cucumber, sliced πŸ₯’
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes πŸ…
1 tbsp olive oil πŸ«’
1 tbsp lemon juice πŸ‹
1/2 tsp dried herbs (oregano, parsley) 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste πŸ§‚
πŸ‘¨‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Salad:
In a bowl, mix lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Sprinkle dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss well and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Omelette:
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and melt the butter or oil.
Pour the egg mixture and let it cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes.
Add cheese, onions, or bell peppers if using.
Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve hot with the fresh salad.
