Omelette with Fresh Green Salad

๐Ÿ“ Ingredients:
✅ For the Omelette:
2 large eggs ๐Ÿฅš
2 tbsp milk (optional for fluffiness) ๐Ÿฅ›
1 tbsp butter or olive oil ๐Ÿงˆ
Salt & pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚
1 tbsp chopped herbs (parsley, chives, or cilantro) ๐ŸŒฟ
2 tbsp cheese (optional) ๐Ÿง€
2 tbsp diced onions or bell peppers (optional) ๐Ÿซ‘
✅ For the Salad:
1 cup lettuce, chopped ๐Ÿฅฌ
1/2 cucumber, sliced ๐Ÿฅ’
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes ๐Ÿ…
1 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
1 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹
1/2 tsp dried herbs (oregano, parsley) ๐ŸŒฟ
Salt & pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚
๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Salad:
In a bowl, mix lettuce, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Sprinkle dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss well and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Omelette:
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and melt the butter or oil.
Pour the egg mixture and let it cook undisturbed for 1-2 minutes.
Add cheese, onions, or bell peppers if using.
Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute until golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve hot with the fresh salad.
