Instructions
Preheat the oven and toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs. Place them in a baking dish. In a bowl, mix olive oil, mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs, then coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and lay them next to the potatoes. Roast until the chicken is golden and juicy and the potatoes are crisp. Meanwhile, sautΓ© green beans in a skillet with olive oil and garlic until just tender. Once everything is ready, slice the chicken, plate with the crispy potatoes and garlicky green beans, and spoon over any pan juices.
Notes & Variations:
Add lemon juice or zest for extra brightness. You can also use asparagus or broccoli instead of green beans. Maple syrup works as a honey alternative!...
