Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a pan, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, cook onions and garlic until softened. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
Stir in flour and paprika, cooking for 1 minute.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in sour cream, and return the chicken to the pan. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes:
Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes for a hearty meal.
