Ingredients
For the steak:
1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or skirt)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
For the shrimp:
10–12 shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
For the corn:
2 corn cobs, cut into pieces
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried)
Salt
For the broccoli:
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Instructions
1. Cook the steak:
Season steak with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak 3–4 minutes per side.
Add butter, baste, and cook to desired doneness.
Let rest, then slice.
2. Cook the shrimp:
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and lightly browned.
3. Prepare the corn:
Boil corn until tender.
Toss with melted butter, paprika, parsley, and salt.
4. Cook the broccoli:
Steam or sautΓ© broccoli until tender.
Add butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss until coated.
5. Assemble:
Place sliced steak, broccoli, corn, and shrimp into a tray.
Drizzle any leftover pan juices on top.
Garnish with parsley if desired.
