📝 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

For the Steak:

1 small steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank)

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp crushed peppercorn or steak seasoning

Salt to taste

For the Garlic Fries:

1 large russet potato, cut into wedges

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional: chili flakes or grated Parmesan

Veggie & Sides:

1/2 cup steamed broccoli

1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

2 tbsp garlic aioli or your fave dipping sauce

👨‍🍳 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Make the Fries: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potato wedges in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.

Cook the Steak: Season steak with salt and crushed pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil, 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Rest before slicing.

Steam the Broccoli: Steam broccoli for 4–5 minutes until just tender and bright green. Season lightly.

Boil the Eggs: Boil eggs for 8–9 minutes for a firm center. Cool, peel, and slice in halves or rounds.

Assemble: Plate the steak, fries, broccoli, and sliced eggs. Serve with a generous spoon of garlic aioli or your favorite creamy sauce.
