This Peanut Butter Cookie Lasagna is an easy, no-bake dessert layered with crushed cookies, fluffy peanut butter cheesecake, and rich chocolatey goodness. It’s indulgent, crowd-pleasing, and perfect for potlucks or whenever the peanut butter craving hits π
π ingredients:
cookie crust
• 36 peanut butter sandwich cookies (or Nutter Butters), crushed
• 1/2 cup melted butter
peanut butter layer
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
chocolate pudding layer
• 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
• 3 cups cold milk
topping
• Whipped topping
• Crushed cookies
• Chocolate drizzle or peanut butter drizzle
π₯£ directions:
make the crust
Mix crushed cookies with melted butter.
Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
make peanut butter layer
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread evenly over cookie crust.
pudding layer
Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick.
Spread over peanut butter layer.
top & chill
Spread whipped topping over pudding.
Garnish with crushed cookies and drizzle.
Refrigerate at least 3–4 hours (overnight is best).
serve
Slice into squares and serve chilled.
