1/2 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes

For the Roasted Veggies:
1 cup halved Brussels sprouts
1 cup baby potatoes, halved
1/2 cup green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, and dried herbs to taste

Roast the Veggies:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss Brussels sprouts, potatoes, and green beans with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 25–30 mins, flipping halfway.
