For the Tilapia:
2 tilapia filets
2 tbsp flour (or cornmeal for extra crunch)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Optional: squeeze of lemon
For the Fries:
2 medium potatoes, cut into thin fries
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Salad:
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 small tomato, sliced
1/4 small onion, thinly sliced
Dash of olive oil + vinegar or lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Dipping Sauces (optional):
Ranch dressing
Sweet chili or hot sauce

1. Cook the Fries:
Preheat oven to 425°F (or use air fryer).
Toss fries with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake or air fry for 20–25 min, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
2. Prepare & Cook the Tilapia:
Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper on a plate.
Dredge tilapia in the mix, shaking off excess.
Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear tilapia 3–4 min per side until golden and fully cooked.
Optional: finish with a light lemon squeeze.
3. Assemble the Salad:
Toss lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion in a bowl.
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
4. Plate It Up:
Lay the crispy tilapia fillets on one side.
