• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1/3 cup water
• 1 tube pizza dough or crescent roll dough
• 1½ cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese (or cheddar/Monterey Jack)
• 1 tbsp melted butter
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, green onions, jalapeños

• Sour cream
• Queso or nacho cheese sauce
🥣 directions:
cook the taco meat
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer 2–3 minutes until thick. Let cool slightly.
assemble the sticks
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Roll out dough and cut into rectangles. Spoon taco meat down the center of each piece. Top with shredded cheese and optional toppings.
wrap and seal
Fold dough over filling, pinch edges closed, and place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
season and bake
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and chili powder. Brush over each taco stick. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
